This renovation of 150 dorm rooms and common areas modernized both the exterior and interior of the student residence. The project included a new entrance, doors, illuminated canopy, and roof, and a complete interior upgrades with new dorm rooms, kitchens, and bathrooms. Common areas, including lounge, gym, and laundry room, were revitalized. The scope also included a full replacement of the building’s HVAC system.
