CMC provided Construction Management Services for an interior office fit-out, including large meeting and conference rooms, client lounges, pantry and café, open workstations, wellness and phone rooms, and perimeter offices. It also included refinishing of existing restrooms and the elevator lobby. The project featured high-end finishes, including a wood slat ceiling throughout the conference rooms and open work area, an extensive millwork package, a double-glazed office front system, foldable partitions with a wood veneer finish, and white marble flooring.
