Lower level reconfiguration of the Empire State Building. Scope of work consisted of new bathrooms, locker rooms, dining room, uniform room, engineering and custodial offices, storage areas, MER rooms, air handlers, electric power distribution, fire alarm, ductwork, sprinkler, lighting, domestic and chilled water, new corridors, all associated finishes. Work was completed in phases in occupied areas.
