Historic Front Street clean-up and restoration after Hurricane Sandy devastation. Project included seven buildings and three phases, consisting of removal of heating and cooling units, current electrical systems and storm debris, installation of new HVAC with a heavy structural steel support installation on the building roofs, new electrical systems and new water pumps, repair of gas risers, and rebuilding, patching and painting the damaged site. The restoration and improvements will make the buildings more energy-efficient and more resilient to major storms.
