CMC completed the build-out of a Citibank branch in Chicago's Hyde Park neighborhood. The project encompassed full interior construction alongside exterior improvements, including the installation of both interior and sidewalk-accessible ATMs.
A standout element of the build was the custom millwork, notably a semi-private customer service office and a bespoke wood map wall positioned behind the Teller Line, adding a distinctive, place-making touch to the branch environment.
The project also required careful coordination for the installation of two new rooftop HVAC units, completed with street closures and crane operations.
