The project includes a complete infrastructure upgrade to all 3 buildings on the campus. 4 New Carrier Chillers, 4 Carrier Cooling Towers, 2 Polar RTU’s, 9 Aemec Heat Pumps, 1 Modular Boiler House with 4 Boilers, 3 New Air Handlers, 2 Rebuilt Air handlers, 7 New Exhaust Fans, 20 new pumps and piping across the campus.
